The repair of 15kW Electrical Control Units (ECUs), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Units, Tactical Base Ablution Units(TBAU), containerised Refrigeration Equipment, Pump Pressurisation Units and the supply of containerised equipment spares.

It is MoD's Intention to make items available at an Industry Day for this requirement. Suppliers interested in this opportunity are invited to express their interest to attend this day, via email, to mena.gosling-hughes@babcockinternational.com.

Attendance is limited to 2 representatives per company.

There is no guarantee of any contract coming into force as a result of this Prior Information Notice.

It is a pre-requisite for attendance at the Industry Day that all parties who express an interest to attend, complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the event. This will be sent to parties who contact the email within this notice to express interest of attendance.

There is no guarantee of any contract coming into force as a result of this Prior Information Notice.

Other additional information: The Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information to reflect any changes in national law or government policy. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law or government policy, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies, or otherwise.
