Ruunymede Borough Council are inviting Contractors to submit tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 22 Victory Park Road, which is a two bedroomed house, located in Addlestone, Surrey. The works comprise the refurbishment of a semi-detached 2 storey house, comprising relocation of meters, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, decoration and general void work.
