Replacement of existing tiled roof coverings back to roof trusses and replace. Replace rainwater goods and fascia and soffit boards. Replace vertical wall tiling and bay window tiling. Replace PVCu windows. Install extractor fans to the first-floor flat kitchen ceilings. Install insulation to the internal bay window reveals.
