Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking the appointment of a Lessor to fund the acquisition of vehicles, already purchased by the Authority, costing £91,353.60 + VAT in total, either by way of a residual-based/operating lease or non-residual based/finance lease.
Lease financing only is required, not procurement of vehicles.
