New Grounds Facility Phase 2 Works - AWARD

Introduction - This is a Further Competition with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document, following consideration of which the tender submission which consists of the completion of the Technical and Commercial response documents should be completed and returned by all Contractors invited to tender for the contract. Please note, throughout the Tender documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as 'the University' or the Employer and the Tenderer can be referred to as the 'Supplier' or the 'Contractor'.

Objectives - To complete the phase 2 works of the New Grounds Facility, which involve the fit out of the mezzanine level / first floor, and part fit out of the ground floor in connection with the AAP tender information to provide additional accommodation for the grounds / operations team.

Estimated Value - The estimated value is £335,000 ex VAT.

Contract Duration - The contract is expected to commence on 06 March 2023 with the estimated completion date of 26 May 2023.
