.The council is progressing the redevelopment of part of its Springfield, Elstead estate in Surrey, comprising land at 13-22 Springfield on which it currently has 10 properties. Architects have been appointed (Nye Saunders Architects, Godalming) and a have developed a scheme of 26 new units which has received pre-application support from the local planning authority.

The council is now in the process of appointing its Design Team for this exciting development and requires the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and motivated multi-disciplinary consultancy to undertake and provide EA, QS and CDM roles / services on its behalf.
