Tenders are invited from interested parties to provide domestic gas servicing and repairs for Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Unitas Ltd. The type of gas servicing work required will include routine annual statutory safety checks, annual servicing, maintenance, breakdown repairs, provision of service reports and records, and the issue of Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) check certificates.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Unitas Ltd intend to appoint a maximum of four providers to supply this service
