NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 January 2023 for the following reason: Unable to attached to tender documents. use this link to access new tender https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=754868920(Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint Multiple suppliers (3 in total) to provide support to Connect Property Services (DLO) in the delivery of void works.
The successful Providers will act as a subcontractors to our in-house DLO, CPS, and will assist with Voids. The geographical operation and delivery of this service will be in areas of Herts, Beds and Bucks catered for by CPS currently.)
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
