Cambridge City Council (CCC) and South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are seeking a software provider to develop a 3D model for Cambridge City and its environs (as defined in Appendix 1). Detailed proposals are now invited from consultants comprising three parts:

The preparation of a 3D interactive model for Cambridge City and its environs which includes the identified strategic viewpoints located across the city and its fringes.

A detailed implementation plan outlining how the software provider will support the roll out of the product to planning officers from across the service (approximately 80 officers).

Outline how on-going technical support will be provided through the duration of the contract.
