Boiler Replacement Services Tender, De Montfort University, Leicester

De Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to appoint up to three (3) Contractors to carry out boiler replacement at three (3) university campus locations.

The proposed works are to include: The removal of existing and the replacement with new, of gas fired boilers, associated flues, associated shunt pumps, controls and associate pipework, including associated electrical and builders works in Edith Murphy House, Portland Building and Kimberlin Library.

The project will be tendered as three (3) Lots, Contractors can submit a bids for either all or individual Lots. The programme for this project requires all Works to be completed in an eight week time frame in May/June/July 2017, therefore the university seeks companies with adequate resource to complete works within programme.

The Contractor is required to complete the Tender Summary for each Lot they are bidding for and carry each Total Tender Sum forward to the Grand Tender Summary. Each tenderer is required to complete the evaluation questionnaire along with a Supplier Appraisal Questionnaire (SAQ).
