On an annual basis the University embarks on a wide variety of projects that fall into the category of capital and minor works - collectively they make up the works and or services. Currently the UEA Capital and Minor Works spend over the next 5 years is in the region of £77m. this excludes the NNUH programme of work which is set out in the table below. It embraces construction, alterations and refurbishment of the existing built estate and the infrastructure associated with the estate across the Campus.

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH), may utilise the framework.
