We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for upcoming sash window and associated timber repair works across multiple sites in Sandhurst, Portsmouth, and Central London.
Scope of Works:
The works will include (but are not limited to):
| • | Sash window repairs and refurbishment |
| • | Repairs to skylights / roof lanterns |
| • | Timber door and frame repairs |
Project Locations:
| • | Sandhurst - 22 listed dwellings, split into three separate projects |
| • | Portsmouth - 5 listed dwellings, to be tendered as three separate projects |
| • | Central London - 2 listed dwellings, each to be tendered as individual project |
Contractor Requirements:
Interested contractors must hold Constructionline Gold accreditation.
Contractors without Constructionline Gold may still express interest; however, by doing so they agree that:
| • | Their company details may be passed to our Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain partners for tendering purposes. |
| • | Any awarded works would be undertaken via those suppliers on our behalf, rather than being contracted with us directly. |
