ESRC is now looking to expand and enhance the support we offer our PDFs by commissioning the design and delivery of a professional development programme. This will act as a pilot, operating over two years in the first instance and recruiting one cohort of participants per year.

We are inviting bidders to set out an approach to deliver a pilot PDF development programme, aimed initially at a sub-set of ~30 ESRC PDFs. Bidders are asked to consider how this development programme provision will offer additional opportunities beyond what would be available to a PDF within their own organisation.
