The Authority has a requirement for Qty 7 digital signs with 4 to be installed in RAF Waddington and 3 to be installed in DE&S Yeovil. The specifications for the signs are below:

There is a tight deadline for this requirement as the signs must be installed by 31st March 2017.
NB: Only suppliers able to meet this deadline should bid for this requirement.
Pricing
Firm price shall be used for this requirement.
Criteria
The criteria are set out in the ITT and include: price, ability to meet deadline and that all parts of the requirement criteria are met. The winning bid will meet all criteria, be able to meet the deadline and be the cheapest price (subject to affordability).
Suppliers wishing to bid for this requirement must bid using the Invitation to Tender documentation published on the Contracts Finder website, by the closing date of 2nd March 2017, following the instructions contained in the document \"Invitation to Tender (ITT) Less Complex Requirements (Competitive Tender)\". This tender exercise follows the Open Procedure under PCR 2015 (below threshold), and there will be no separate issue of a formal Invitation to Tender.
Suppliers must also complete and return the Statement Relating to Good Standing, supplied with the published documentation. Failure to provide a signed copy of this document will result in your tender being deemed non-compliant.
