Provide wayfinding consultancy to include:

  • Evidence based strategy and recommendations on wayfinding sign locations, positions, content and design across the site as and when required by LLA.
  • Assess best practice and benchmark against international standards, comparison to other airports, regulatory requirements to ensure LLA is compliant
  • An identified requirement wayfinding expertise over the next 3 years are: security, immigration, MSCP 2, FIDS strategy, passenger information strategy, temporary signage strategy, passenger movement and flow analysis, human behaviour analysis, human factors design research
  • Represent LLA's best interests when working with third party contractors, suppliers, control authorities in relation to wayfinding and human behaviour and ergonomics

Additional information:

Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
