East Kent Magnetic Resonance Imaging Services (MRI) Expressions of Interest

Procurement of a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Service. The Commissioner is Canterbury & Ashford CCGs. The Commissioner is supported in this project by NHS South East CSU (SECSU) and its procurement partner NHS Commercial Solutions (NHSCS), which is managing this procurement.

The Commissioner would like to invite expressions of interest from interested parties for the delivery of MRI services. Providers wishing to express interest should email paula.smith5@nhs.net by 12 noon on 13th January 2017 with the following details:

• Name of organisation(s)
• Name and job title of main contact point(s)
• Organisation details, including address and contact details.

Please ensure that the title of the email contains the title of this advert.

The Commissioner has attached a draft service specification and would like to encourage interested parties to provide feedback. Please also provide responses to the following questions in your email:

• Please review the spec and provide feedback on the contents
• Please indicate whether you feel the service spec is deliverable and whether there are any changes that you believe are essential.
• The Commissioner intends to procure this service through an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) model, this means that there are no guarantees of volume, please confirm that your organisation would be interested in bidding for this opportunity under the proposed model.

Additional information: An expression of interest will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement conducted as a result of this event will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it is published.
