The objectives of the procurement are:
| • | To appoint an academic partner who has expertise in developing and/or researching accommodation for people with dementia including a good level of understanding of the needs of people living with dementia. |
| • | To have a partner who can work with the Council to achieve an increase of accommodation that is good quality, sustainable and meets both our organisational objectives including specific local need. |
