Ealing Council is looking to engage a suitable supplier to quote for the development and delivery of an organisation wide data and data analytics strategy. These requirements include.
| • | Identifying the organisational data and analytics needs to set the vision and overarching strategy for the organisation. |
| • | Creating a business case for the implementation of the strategy including specific examples where efficiencies and/or improved outcome could be achieved. |
| • | Providing a roadmap with high-level recommendations on how to develop an overarching data strategy, that also addresses any current gaps in the organisation's capabilities. |
Quotations should be completed using the templates provided, no later than 6pm on Friday the 12th November.
