This contract is available for use for projects funded externally from the Council including Reopening High Streets Safely Fund and Welcome Back Fund which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth.
This will involve installation of 2 cameras (devices) on Highways Columns opposite the bench. Technology must allow visitors to place a short message, followed by their name and hometown.
The facility will need to operate 24 hours a day.
