This contract is for the control of Legionella bacteria at all of the Authorities locations in the hot and cold water systems; including all plant/equipment and components associated with that system, e.g. all associated pipe networks, pumps, storage cisterns, feed tanks, valves showers, heat exchangers, etc. The systems shall be considered in their entirety and not in part, for example assessing the cisterns and showers independently.
Also any other plant and systems on site, not specifically covered by the above, but which contains water which is likely to exceed 20 degrees centigrade and which may release a spray or aerosol during operation and/or when being maintained.
