The Council's 'Inspiring Libraries' strategy articulates its plans for ensuring that it can continue to deliver a high quality library service that is sustainable into the future and remains relevant to the diverse and changing needs of Hertfordshire residents and communities.

Potential Suppliers are asked to note that the Council expects to receive a tender by/or on behalf of the in-house service for this opportunity. Potential Suppliers are referred to the Selection Questionnaire Guidance, within the Procurement Documents for further detail.
