West Berkshire Council invite you to assist with the delivery of its Capital Project at Falkland Primary School, Andover Road, Newbury, RG14 6NU, by providing an all-inclusive lump sum fee quotation to undertake the role of Consultant Architect, Principal Designer and Lead Designer for a new build eight classroom building, with associated DDA compliant welfare facilities.
