NEL on behalf of Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), is seeking a provider to set up and run the service user engagement function for the London Adult Mental Health Transformation Programme to ensure that all mental health workstreams have access to trained service user and carer input. Service user and carer input may include but is not limited to:
- a.Participation in meetings (Clinical reference Groups/ projects) to inform and shape workstream activities and outputs
- b.Comment on workstream documentation/outputs and support responses to enquiries
- c.Events - facilitating and speaking at workshops/meetings
- d.Co-production - co-producing outputs.
The workstreams are varied in their scope and purpose, but most have a role in interpreting national guidance, developing London-wide recommendations and resources, and providing information and advice to commissioners and providers.
