Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") is inviting quotations by way of a request for quotation exercise from suitably experienced events management provider capable of scheduling and delivering a vibrant and diverse programme of events within Kirkby and Prescot town centres and Huyton Village centre. The contract will be to deliver a series of events for the winter '21 season.
