10 Steps Training Delivery

The one-day 10 Steps to working with people and communities training is a well-established course offered by NHS England and NHS Improvement's Public Participation team. It introduces attendees to the key drivers of working with people and communities (through engagement, consultation and co-production), and to the 10 Steps model for developing an engagement plan or strategy. This helps ensure meaningful work is done to meet the NHS's legal duty to involve the public, and to develop systems and services that meet people's needs, particularly the needs of people who face the greatest health inequalities. Most 10 Steps attendees are NHS staff, representing both commissioners and providers of services. We make some places available on 10 Steps for people from key partners such as voluntary sector organisations involved with health and care systems.

This ITQ invites bids to run two sessions of 10 Steps per month from October 2021 to March 2022 (12 sessions in total). Specific dates will be set by suppliers in discussion with the contract manager
