The council requires the services of a general building repairs contractor to undertake the blocking up and infilling of all cavities, crevices and openings so that birds and bats do not nest or roost in the properties prior to demolition: the work is likely to include the boxing in of eaves and soffits where these allow access into roof voids for these species.
