GB-Leeds: 3679 - Risk Management System

The University of Leeds require a Risk Management System to consolidate its risk register data into a new tool/system to enable the following: •Provide full visibility of our risks across the University, and ability to view key controls that help to mitigate them

•Enable a full drill-down capability of risks to meeting our key strategic and operational objectives

•Ability to track mitigating actions, due dates and accountability

•Facilitate key links to a central risk and control libraries to avoid duplication of effort

•Enable early warning indicators and drive proactive actions that address impending threats

•Ability to link internal audit results and planning to underlying risk assessment data

•Fully establish one risk assessment process, way or working and risk workflow across the University

•Clear monitoring and reporting at University level risk governance bodies

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
