The contract is for grounds maintenance of the areas surrounding Bridgewood House Care home for a period of three years.
The following activities should be carried out (this list is not exhaustive);
- Cutting, strimming and tidying of all grassed areas.
- Weeding of all flower beds.
- Clearing of leaves.
- Pruning of all shrubs, hedges and low tree branches.
- Application of environmentally friendly weed control.
- Litter picking.
- All general garden maintenance.
Required once a week in May, June, July, August and September.
Every other week in March, April, October and November.
Once a month January, February and December.
