description

The offer is a Contract Term of three Years plus two separate options to extend by 12 months subject to Together Housing Terms, Conditions and Key Performance Indicators.

The Refuse bin chutes in our stock of residential buildings require regular maintenance and servicing to ensure they remain safe.

When fires occur in bin rooms or bin chutes, toxic smoke can be a significant danger. Fire, smoke and toxic gas can be drawn up through the bin chute and so might escape into landings, stairs and into the customers premises.

Together Housing would like to enter to an agreement with one organisation to provide a full service and planned maintenance programme inclusive of all parts labour, certification and warranty requirements that ensure THA conformance to BS476:Part 22 Section 6 1987
