Haringey Council and the Selby Trust have partnered to re-develop the centre and the land around it, creating a new 'Selby Urban Village'. The proposed scheme aims to provide a new high-quality Selby Centre, affordable housing for Haringey residents, and improved sports facilities on Bull Lane. These include building approximately 200 new homes, with at least 50% being council homes at council rents, creating a modern and future-proof home for the Selby Centre and its associated organisations, delivering high-quality and affordable sports and recreational facilities on Bull Lane playing fields, and making it a better-used green space that improves its ecology and local connections with new foot and cycle routes.
