Specialist environmental noise and vibration consultancy services, for the review and evaluation of impacts to nearby receptors caused by increased rail and road noise and vibration during both the construction and operational phases of the development. To provide consultancy support for an upcoming major infrastructure Development Consent Order (DCO) application, which is scheduled to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS)
