Building Fabric Service:
To provide the following buildings fabric skills and services to cover the following (including but not limited to):
General fabric builder Carpentry/Joinery Plastering/Rendering Decorating Flooring Ceiling Windows/Doors/Glazing Plumbing Roofing/Cladding Groundworks Bricklaying Builders Demolition Hard/Soft Landscaping Fencing/Gates Insulation Drainage (Foul/Rain Water)
The work will cover the following two areas:
- Minor Works Service - To undertake building minor works to improve and alter the Authority's sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.
- Day Works Service - To provide a day works service, including out of hours, when required.
