GB-Redcar: Recruitment and Remuneration

Coast & Country Housing are seeking a suitably qualified Consultant(s) to enter into a 3 year partnership. The appointed consultant(s) will have previous experience of executive recruitment and/or remuneration and should be able to demonstrate market intelligence, knowledge and expertise within this area. Sector experience would be an advantage.

The contract consists of 2 lots. Bidders are invited to bid for individual lots or both but this must be clearly identified within the submission.

Over the life cycle of the contract it is expected that the appointed consultant(s) will work closely with Coast & Country to develop a strong working relationship and support a high quality delivery.

Lot 1 - Recruitment: Recruitment of Chief Executive, and 2 Non-Executive Directors

Lot 2 - Remuneration: Review appropriate remuneration for Non-Executive Directors, Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team and Head of Service Roles

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
