Quotation for Adults Health & Social Care Training Programme

As part of our learning and development strategy to support employee's in our adult social care settings we require a provider a tender to facilitate training interventions in a range of development areas.

As such the Council would like the provider to deliver a bespoke tailored programme of training to employees over a one year period commencing April 2018. Delivery of these sessions will take place at Sandwell Council venues.

Our expectation is that the individual programmes will be called upon as and when needed over this period of time, dependent upon the business needs of the service. We are looking for providers that are able to provide a blended approach including face to face delivery and e - learning.

We will require qualified and experienced tutors who will empower our employees, increase awareness, knowledge and skills in these subject areas. The training will ultimately play a fundamental part in their approach to caring for others whilst meeting CQC regulations.
