PROVISION OF A TIER 2 ADULT WEIGHT MANAGEMENT SERVICE - AWARD

The Borough Council Of Sandwell ("the Council") invites Tender Responses, for the provision of a Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Service.

The vision of this service is to enhance local health and wellbeing, improve levels of physical activity and support people to have a healthy weight. This service will help reduce the risk of diseases associated with being overweight or obese and contribute to addressing health inequalities across Sandwell.
