HCC - 01/17 - Provision of Prevention of Homelessness and Housing Hub Service for Young People Aged 16-25 Years Old

Hertfordshire County Council (the Council) is tendering to provide a service to prevent homelessness for Young People aged 16 - 25 years. The commissioned service will provide Young People with support which is appropriate to their individual needs, whilst ensuring their wellbeing and safety. The support provided must enable Young People to return home and to empower them with life skills to sustain their home lives, thus preventing future homelessness.

This will be divided into 2 Lots as detailed below

Lot 1 Providing Assessment, Advice, Information & Mediation, including a Housing Hub Service.

Lot 2 Floating Support Service - 18+ years old.

• e)The requirements above apply whether the supplier uploads a tender response to this procurement or not.

This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
