SBC 0615 New Irrigation System at Stevenage Golf Course

Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver a new irrigation system for the Stevenage Golf Course during the off-peak season between October 2015 and end March 2016.

This procurement is a Open (single stage process).

This opportunity is being tendered via the Council's e-tendering system (In-Tend). In order to participate in this opportunity you must register at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk. Registration is free of charge. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to “express interest” which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

All queries and clarifications, no matter what the nature, regarding this tender must be submitted using the correspondence function within the In-Tend system.

Please note that it is a requirement of tendering that contractors who wish to submit a tender book an accompanied site visit to fully understand the site - to book your visit please contact Geoff.caine@stevenage.gov.uk during the week commencing 13 July. Site Visits will be undertaken during week commencing 20 July. In order to ensure that all tenderers receive the same information any questions that contractors may have following the site visit shall be submitted via the correspondence function after their visit, questions will not be taken on the day. Tenders will not be considered from contractors who do not attend a site visit.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to upload your response by the deadline of 12 noon 14 August 2015. The system will not allow late responses.
