The University of Essex is looking to employ a third party intermediary who can provide guidance and purchase through the complexities of energy procurement and provide services such as market monitoring and billing validation. The potential supplier will provide a 3 year, fixed-term, fixed price, contract and include all universities portfolios under a one umbrella contract.
