description
Liverpool City Region Combined Authority wishes to commission a Consultant to undertake an Initial Feasibility Study considering the potential options, opportunities and challenges associated with providing improved public transport access to Anfield Stadium and the surrounding area. The study will provide guidance to the CA and its stakeholders on the potential options to develop further. The study work should be high-level in nature, considering the options listed in this document and any others, based on real-world examples, that the Consultant believes would be suitable to meet the outputs of this study (Please see Appendix A for a sample list of the 'real world' examples the CA has identified as proxy's for potential solutions).
