We are looking for a Lead Consultant, or a team responsible to a Lead Consultant with a significant understanding of:
- oMasterplanning and project development
- oHeritage and the historic environment
- oTourism and the leisure industry
- oGreenspaces maintenance and management
- oExternal funding opportunities and compilation of Stage 1 and Stage 2 bids.
We would expect the team to include specialists in the following areas
- oScheduled Monuments
- oWoodland Management
- oTourism
- oArchitecture/Conservation Architecture
- oQuantity Surveyor
- oPreparation of external funding bids
- oAny others deemed necessary to fulfil the tender brief.
The successful Lead Consultant will work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to develop a masterplan for the Castle Hill Vision Phase 2 programme which will support applications for external funding.
