Leicester City Council is seeking to establish a new Concession contract for Enforcement Services using a common specification to cover the following categories: -
| • | Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District levy) |
| • | Parking Services to include Parking Penalty Charge Notices and Camera Device Enforcement |
| • | Sundry Debts (these are all other debts not described above; e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs). |
