East Lancashire CCG Complex Packages of Care Framework

NHS East Lancashire CCG commission health services for around 380,000 residents and are inviting expressions of interest from providers to be part of a children and young people complex packages of care provider framework.

NHS East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to establish a ‘provider framework’ for the delivery of nursing healthcare as part of a complex packages of care for children and young people across East Lancashire.

Direct nursing/healthcare for individual children with multiple/complex needs will be provided by organisations that are part of this overarching provider framework.

The nursing/healthcare provided is expected to be provided by a team of qualified and unqualified staff that have specific skills and training in the delivery of nursing care to children with multiple/complex health care needs, and who can support parents and families in the community setting in the delivery of their child’s needs.

The provider framework will enable commissioners to identify and procure high quality, cost effective nursing care services as part of complex packages of care and will streamline the procurement process.

Candidates wishing to be considered must register their expression of interest & provide additional procurement-specific information (by completing a PQQ) through the portal as follows: i) Candidates should register on the portal at https://mlcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). ii) Once registered, candidates must express interest by a) logging-in to the MLCSU e-Tendering portal, b) selecting response to advert and PQQ, c) select Open Access PQQ, d) search for and access listing related to this contract and view details, e) click on Express Interest link iii) Once you have expressed interest, access the My PQQs page where you can download documentation (if required) & construct your reply as instructed.
