Project Manager

The Biosecurity Office will primarily carry out a project management and coordination function, triaging applications and coordinating equivalence assessments and risk analysis across government. The work is cross-cutting, and essential to the implementation of new agri-food trade agreements - managing the intersection of trade and politics with evidence-based risk analysis to ensure the best outcomes for the UK.

The role will suit someone experienced in project delivery, with a good knowledge of project management requirements to manage the effective delivery of the project; a good communicator experienced at dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of designing and delivering on an effective resource plan. Ability to work at pace and to tight deadlines.
