description
To strip and recover Flat roofs including upgrading insulation laying to falls New outlets where required, lift, support and replace TV cables laid on roof all works to be in high performance felt as specified. To strip and replace pitched roofs to general needs properties including facia’s and soffits new gutters and down pipes. The value of this contract shall not exceed £600,000.00
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
