GB-London: Museum of London West Smithfield Utilities Consultancy Services

and Period of Work Start Date to 1st of November 2017 (anticipated)The Museum of London is seeking an appropriately qualified Utilities Consultant in relation to the New Museum Project at West Smithfield. The scope will include but not be limited to services associated with utilities connections and below ground services.

Services required will run for the duration of RIBA stages 2 to 7 and will involve close liaison with the appointed Services Engineer. Consultants should be familiar with supporting planning applications and contributing to the overall development of the design.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
