Internal Remodelling Works to Longshaw Infants School, Blackburn

Internal remodelling works which include the strip out of 4Nr toilet areas ie Year 2 girls, Year 2 boys, Reception / Year 1 boys and Reception / Year 1 girls and 4Nr classroom areas as follows: · refurbishment of the Y2 boys toilets (room 24 as indicated on plan) to create a divided Y2 boys and Y2 girls toilet space, including replacement of vinyl floor finish, sanitary ware, cubicles, vanity units, decoration, minor tiling, drainage and water connections. · refurbishment of the Reception / Year 1 girls toilets (room 19 as indicated on plan) to create a divided Y1 boys and Y1 girls toilet space, including replacement of vinyl floor finish, sanitary ware, cubicles, vanity units, decoration, minor tiling, drainage and water connections. · refurbishment of the Reception / Year 1 boys toilets to create a small group teaching space, including replacement of floor finish and decoration and new 30 minute fire door. · refurbishment of the Y2 girls toilets to create an extension of the adjacent Y2 classroom and store, including replacement of floor finish, decoration, new stud partition and new 30 minute fire doors. · removal of stores 32/35 as indicated on plan to create larger Y2 and reception classroom space, including replacement of floor finish, decoration and new stud partition · removal of stores 38 and 41 as indicated on plan to create larger Y1 classroom. including replacement of floor finish, decoration and new stud partition · Formation of new store to Y1 classroom and creation of Reception toilets to former Y1 classroom as indicated on plan including new stud partition, new 30 minute fire door, blocking up of external door, replacement of vinyl floor finish, sanitary ware, cubicles, vanity units, decoration, minor tiling, drainage and water connections.
