The project comprises of internal refurbishment of existing accommodation to provide upgraded facilities for the Healthcare department currently occupying the areas.
The accommodation includes offices, study areas, corridors, kitchens, changing rooms, archive room and social space.
The works comprise of minor building work, new internal finishes, new fittings and alterations to existing mechanical and electrical installations.
Anticipated Contract Value : £ 1,000,000.00 excluding vat
