Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council are jointly commissioning a Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service.
The new service will deliver a minimum of 458 units of housing related support and is a combination of the following services:
| • | Cambridge City, South Cambs and Fenland Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service; |
| • | East Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire Multi-disciplinary Floating Support Service; |
| • | Cambs Mental Health Community Support and Prevention Service; |
| • | Peterborough Mental Heath Service; |
| • | Peterborough Offender/Substance Misuse Service. |
The plan is for the Tender to go live in early January with a Contract start date of 1st July 2018.
