Housing Related Support and Management Services for Pregnant Teenagers/Teenage Parents

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ("The Council") invites tenders, subject to the following conditions, for the provision of Housing Related Support Services for Pregnant Teenagers/Teenage Parents upon the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract included in section D of this invitation to tender. The contract is divided into two Lots.

The duration of the contract will be two years from 1 August 2017.

The contract will be for the purchase of Housing Related Support Services for Pregnant Teenagers/Teenage Parents in accordance with the contract (section D) which includes the Council's service specification for the provision of this service. Tenderers are advised that there are two services and that there are some differences in the size and model of support delivery, but the priority in each case is for an effective, well-managed supported housing project to meet the needs of this Service User group and achieve successful planned move-on.
