Works Include Kitchen and bathroom replacements and repairs to properties within the Sheffield, Gainsborough, Market Rasen, Lincoln and Mansfield Areas as instructed by the employer. The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with 1 year fixed term with 2 year extension basis.
